The awards evening will be on the date above at 'Mitchells'in Tattenhall,below is the menu which i've agreed to at a cost of £18 per head, Cheques should be made out to me 'R Webster'as i have to pay the deposit soon,cutoff for payment will be 7th June which will give everyone who wants to come plenty of time to flash the cash. Starters Cream of Tomato soup finished with Basil oil and served with homemade bread (v). King prawns lightly seasoned with cajun pepper,served on a bed of mixed leaf salad and accompanied by sweet chille mayonaise. A salad of feta cheese,sun blushed tomatos and olives with a basil dressing (v).
Mains, Roast loin of pork with a red wine and mushroom sauce. Fillet of Salmon in a lemon,chive and spring onion butter, Pan fried breast of chicken in a brandy and dijon mustard sauce. All the above will be served with new potatos and seasonal vegetables,
Desserts,
Chocolate cheesecake with vanilla whipped cream, Panna cotta with a fruit coulis. British cheeses with homemade chutney and a selection of biscuits,
