I'm planning a longish steady run this coming Sunday, circa 11 miles (See link to map)http://gb.mapometer.com/running/route_3769813.html
If anyone has a better route please feel free as I'm really not precious about were we go.

All welcome to come along, 8am meet at the club in Tattenhall.
