Hi All,
It says "4*1 mile reps" in the programme, so we'll be doing 4*1.6 km efforts tonight. Warm up to the PO, then the lower loop of the figure of eight and back to the junction with school lane - that makes 1.6 km. We'll then walk or jog slowly back to the PO and go again. Total distance should be about 14 km.
