Just thought I'd let you all know that Tattenhall will be represented tomorrow by two of our ladies in the intercounties cross country race in Birmingham. After a good run in the North Wales champs, Alison is representing North Wales and Liz's terrific return to form is marked by gaining a Cheshire vest.
Good luck ladies, and good luck Rosie, Thomas and Phillip who consequently are subject to the clumsy and inept world of daddy-day-care whilst the girls go off and run :-)

Congratulations to Liz & Alison and thanks for letting us know Mark (I'm sure Rosie will be on her best behaviour for you ).

Liz and I had a great run at the inter-counties today! It was great to soak up the atmosphere and run with some of the UK's top runners! There was no fear of getting lost as there were plenty of ladies in front of me to run after! I had a good run and really enjoyed the race. Hard and muddy 8k course but great running conditions. Liz was 197th in 32.53 - terrific run Liz! I was 273rd in 35.55. A good day out had by both of us:-)
